Primary Purpose
Provides advanced protective services for executives and family members during travel and events, ensuring adherence to security protocols and situational awareness. Performs proactive threat assessments, supports secure logistics planning, and responds effectively to emerging risks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Executive Protection Agent II provides a safe environment free from both physical harm and embarrassment to protectee and must take appropriate action in the event that the protectee becomes ill/injured and/or confronted by hostile persons. There is a general expectation to be armed during domestic assignments only. Duties will be performed domestically and in Baja California, Mexico. Occasional overnight travel.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a level of physical fitness to be able to provide effective protection to executives and employees during critical incidents
  • Participate in all assigned training and complete required training/qualifications/inspections.
  • Executes secure transportation plans for executives and family members.
  • Performs route reconnaissance to identify potential risks and alternate paths.
  • Monitors real-time conditions (traffic, weather, local alerts, risk levels) to adjust travel plans.
  • Assists in coordinating protective measures during high-profile events.
  • Conducts basic threat assessments for scheduled movements.
  • Maintains readiness of protective equipment and vehicles.
  • Provides situational updates to security operations center during transit.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational/standard protocols for executive safety.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
