Warehouse Associate Top Reasons to Apply! Great starting pay! $23.50/ hour. Shift Start Time: 4:00pm - Tuesday and Saturday off. Full benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan. What you will be doing: Ability to commit to working safe and prioritize safety above all else. Ensure the right amount of product is available for Independent Business Partners that was ordered for the day. Stage product in pick-path for easy access and efficient order fulfillment. Audit product received to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies. Adjust discrepancies in AS400 computer program to maintain accurate inventory records. Balance inventory levels daily to ensure availability of products for distribution. Audit product leaving with routes to confirm accuracy and report any discrepancies. Audit returns from routes to ensure they are handled and recorded properly. Maintain general housekeeping of the warehouse to promote a clean and organized work environment. The Sales Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that all food safety standards are met in the sales center. What we need from you: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse. environment, preferably in a sales-focused or inventory role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in the use of computer programs such as AS400 and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Knowledge of safe and efficient warehouse operations.
