Tool Crib Coordinator

Provide support to the overall Facility by overseeing the Tool Crib area, insuring that inventory ismaintained and well organized. Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure critical spare partinventory is accurately tracked and ordered as needed.

  Maintain stock in the tool crib

  Update systems with machine hours for PM tracking

  
  
• 
  

  Print labels as needed to meet OSHA requirements on chemical labeling

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain inventory on welding gasses and supplies

  
  
• 
  

  Perform safety checks as required

  
  
• 
  

  Gather quotes for repair parts, expedite orders if required

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained of critical parts and sanitary supplies

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee recycling efforts of various materials

  
  
• 
  

  Support Maintenance personnel with order entry of needed repair parts

  
  
• 
  

  Clean and organize tool crib and surrounding area, sustaining and improving 5S

  
  
•

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  Basic math and computer skills including email, finance system, label maker, etc. Fork
