Manufacturing Equip Maint Lead Technician*

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this job is to maintain, repair and improve Test Equipment andFixture throughout the factory. Successful applicants will have a strong skill set inFunctional and Board Level Tests. Proactively diagnose and resolve minor technicalissues to prevent major system failures.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble test equipment according tolayout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, and technical drawings.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform system checkouts.
• Troubleshoot issues in work cells containing functional and board-level testequipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all functional and board-level testequipment.
• Repair support fixture equipment, including board-level and assembly-levelfixtures.
• Create spare parts lists and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Maintain test standards and fixtures while ensuring ISO17025 compliance forcalibration and readiness.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior technicians.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software totrack maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
• Enforce compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree, 2-year Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience working with functional and board-level testequipment.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Self-directed with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and production staff.
• Results and quality oriented with excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
• Proficient in reading and comprehending schematics and technical literature.
• Skillful at testing technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

Salary Range(annual): $62,400 - $72,800 ($30 - $35 / hour)

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
