Your Job

The Maintenance Mechanic entrylevel, fulltime position designed to support the maintenance team through basic preventive maintenance, safety activities, and supervised repair support. This role provides structured, handson development for individuals interested in building a career in industrial maintenance while contributing to safe and reliable manufacturing operations.

Sh This is a 3rd shift position. Sunday - Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

What You Will Do

  • Support maintenance technicians during Major Repair or Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities in accordance with company safety procedures.
  • Perform entrylevel preventive maintenance (PM) tasks such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic component replacement under direction.
  • Assist with equipment breakdown response by preparing tools, parts, documentation, and observing troubleshooting activities.
  • Respond to internal customer concerns and work requests with guidance from maintenance leads or senior technicians.
  • Accurately complete maintenance documentation, including PM records and work orders.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness and ability to work 3rd shift on a consistent basis
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical safety fundamentals, or pneumatic concepts

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Enrollment in or completion of a technical, mechanical, or electrical program.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environments.
