We're looking for an Expeditor to help keep our manufacturing operation moving by ensuring critical materials and parts get where they need to be-when they need to be there. What You'll Do: Support smooth production flow by ensuring materials, parts, and equipment are available to meet production schedules Identify and expedite shortages for assigned work centers to minimize downtime Manage Manufacturing Order kit backorders and coordinate timely fulfillment Drive urgent and critical requests through the Receiving process Partner with Production, Receiving, Planning, and Operations teams to remove roadblocks Help maintain on-time delivery and operational excellence What Makes You Successful: Strong organization and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset-you anticipate issues before they become problems Comfortable communicating across teams and building partnerships Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems and processes Manufacturing, logistics, materials, or aerospace experience is a plus Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in manufacturing, material handling, expediting, or production support preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus) Must meet applicable U.S. export control requirements (ITAR) Why Join Us? Compensation will range between $24-$30 an hour depending on experience. Position Requirements HS Diploma 3 years' experience working as a Material Handler/Expeditor with aerospace hardware in a manufacturing environment preferred. Good driving record Proficient working on a computer To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual Desired Characteristics Prior experience in production control or planning, supervision, sourcing and/or material control environment Familiarity/Experience with Epicor Proactive mindset - Anticipates problems before they occur.
