The Role You'd Play as a Director of Clinical Services for the Hospital Services Group. DaVita Kidney Care is seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results-driven Leader. The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) serves as the senior clinical leader for the Hospital Services Group that has over 85 hospital programs covering the Mid-Atlantic region, partnering closely with the Divisional Vice President and Sr Director of Clinical Services leaders to drive quality, safety, and clinical performance outcomes. This role is responsible for aligning divisional clinical strategy with enterprise priorities and ensuring effective execution across all modalities. The DCS supports and develops clinical leaders, strengthens regulatory readiness, and leads focused interventions to improve patient outcomes and sustain performance.
