RN Manager Home Health - Providence Home Health Services Oregon

Schedule: Full Time/Days

Supports Home Health East Portland team

Provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel (interdisciplinary team). Oversight must include the following: Making patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, ensuring patient needs are continually assessed, ensuring development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.

Coordination of appropriate patient assignments. Review of required documentation, facilitates interaction between field staff, office staff, the home health patients, and their providers.

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in respective Clinical Specialty.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.


Preferred qualifications:



  • EMR experience (EPIC, Homecare Homebase)
  • 3 years of Home Health Experience.
  • 3 years of Supervisory Experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
