Shift: 8am - 5pm, 9/80 schedule
*Active US Secret Clearance Preferred but not required

The Cyber Engineer - Compliance is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and validating cybersecurity controls to ensure systems, networks, operational technology (OT), and third-party integrations meet regulatory, contractual, and enterprise compliance requirements.

Key deliverables for this role:
* Implement and sustain security controls aligned with:
* NIST SP 800-171
* CMMC
* DFARS 252.204-7012
* NIST SP 800-53 (as applicable)
* NIST SP 800-82 (OT environments)
* Translate regulatory requirements into enforceable technical controls.
* Ensure enterprise policy alignment across IT, OT, and third-party environments.

What You Will Do:
* 2 years of experience
* Bachelor's Degree, STEM
* Research cybersecurity topics and Raytheon processes
* Write help guides/templates
* Prepare for peer reviews
* Making updates to documents
* Writing requirements and their verification methods

Qualifications You Must Have
* Core Technical Skills (Non-negotiables)
* System vulnerability analysis
* Windows OS proficiency
* Linux OS proficiency
* Networking fundamentals
* NIST 800-171
* Nessus
* Splunk

Qualifications We Prefer:
* Risk Analysis
* Security Technical Implementation Guides
* System administration
