Job Description Visa is seeking an experienced payments professional who will be a strategic partner to one of our largest clients in the National Segment within the US Financial Institutional Sales function. This Sr. Director will be responsible for managing a segment of a National Issuer, with a focus on selling products and services through strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Sr. Director will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of the client organization and all aspects of the business including their product suite, strategy, innovation, fraud/risk, client support, data integrity, partnership vulnerabilities, and more. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications,* 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications, * 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience * 10-12+years business experience with related sales and management experience in the payments industry * Deep expertise in payments products specifically Debit, Credit, Small Business, and Innovation * Demonstrated track record of planning, managing, and closing a complex, competitive sales effort. * Ability to implement strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels including executive management. * Excellent strategic thinking and analysis skills, and a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue. * Ability to manage & grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships. * Proven ability negotiating business agreements and ability to enhance existing and develop new business partnerships. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $207,600.00 to $ 332,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
