Job Description We are seeking a Senior Manager - Market Intelligence - Global SMB to join our team. This individual will champion for a unified-consistent view of the global SMB voice of the customer, providing insights that inform product development, strategy, and go-to-market sales initiatives (supporting beyond VCS). Additionally, this leader will oversee the global SMB research agenda in coordination with both global and regional teams. Key Responsibilities: SMB Voice of the Customer (VoC)

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications* 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications * 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD. * 9 years or more of experience in market intelligence, strategy, research, product marketing, consulting, or analyticsdriven roles, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles - Bachelors degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred * Proven success acting as a thought partner to senior leadership, informing strategy, investment prioritization, and GTM decisions with evidencebased insights * Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into structured research briefs and manage external consulting firms to high quality standards * Ability to conduct primary and secondary research expertise, including experience conducting interviews * Ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations * Proven track record in coordinating strategic initiatives, excellent planning and organizational skills designing global business development activities. * Background in payments, financial services, B2B, or platform ecosystems (issuers, acquirers, fintechs, ISVs) * Experience presenting to and building relationships with senior management level audiences, both internally and externally * Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization without direct authority * Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity * Preferred experience leading largescale, vendorexecuted research programs, including scoping, methodology oversight, synthesis, and executive activation U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $169,100.00 to $ 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
