As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day onsite management of a Task Order contract responsible for purchasing; staffing availability and customer notifications; timely deliverables; work, project, and contract statuses; staffing, work, contract, and TO issue resolution; participation in planning, making suggestions and recommendations; and sustaining a cadence with the COR, TO Tech Directorate Directors, and Team technical leads (technical, administrative, business and compliance) on a daily basis. It is expected the PM leads the contract team, is aware of what is happening on the Team in conjunction with or ahead of the customer. The contractor Team reports to the PM. Advanced ability to work seamlessly with a Deputy PM and the customer. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Project Manager: Pay commensurate with experience. Project Manager Responsibilities Include: The Project Manager is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) who leads large-scale, complex projects or substantial segments of enterprise programs. This strategic role combines deep technical and project management expertise to deliver innovative solutions, ensure timely execution, and manage cost, scope, and risk. The Project Manager is accountable for full project lifecycle management and is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing project planning and execution, and advising executive stakeholders. This role also supports systems analysis, application planning, and long-range IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications BS minimum, Masters in Public Health/Public Health Management, or similar preferred At least 3 years experience working in a defense public health or similar environment strongly preferred Successful transition-in of 3 contracts preferred IDIQ TO management strongly preferred Proven ability to manage staffing, work assignments, and deliverables in an integrated contractor-government environment.
