This entrylevel IT Support role is ideal for someone motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive structured training, and gain daily exposure to IT fundamentals. Required Schedule (Non-Negotiable) * Saturday - Wednesday * 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST * Includes 1-hour lunch break * Fixed schedule (not rotating) * Must be comfortable working weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Who We're Looking For * 6+ months of IT experience or relevant education, such as: * CompTIA A+ (or actively studying) * IT / Computer Science coursework or degree * Bootcamp or internship experience * Strong interest in hands-on IT support * Reliable, professional, and eager to learn * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable transportation required (100% onsite in Coppell) What You'll Be Doing * Respond to and resolve IT support tickets * Assist users via email, chat, phone, and in-person * Troubleshoot common issues: * Password resets and login problems * WiFi and connectivity issues * Printers and basic hardware support * Work alongside senior technicians for hands-on training Work Environment * Hybrid in Coppell * Fast-paced, team-oriented setting * Entry-level role with structured training and mentorship Before You Apply Please confirm: * You are able to work Saturday - Wednesday, 1 PM - 10 PM CST * You are comfortable with weekend shifts * You can work onsite in Coppell Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
