We are hiring a Performing Loan Consultant to support a leading organization in the mortgage lending and servicing industry. This role offers a strong entry point into mortgage and financial services with clear long-term growth potential. High performers often move into leadership or transition into internal teams such as operations, compliance, or analytics. Position Details Contract Type * Contract-to-hire (approximately 4.5 months) Work Location * Onsite, 5 days per week * Tempe, AZ 85288 Compensation * $21 per hour during the contract period * Bonus eligibility upon conversion to full-time * Average full-time bonuses of approximately $1,500 per month * Top performers earn up to $2,500 per month in bonuses Schedule * Availability required between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday * Strict attendance expectations Required Qualifications * Customer service experience with a strong focus on phone communication (call center experience preferred) * Comfort handling both inbound and outbound calls * Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Basic technical proficiency, including Windows, Microsoft Office, documenting calls, and navigating multiple systems * High school diploma or equivalent Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
