In this role, you'll work closely with engineers and production teams to operate CNC equipment, support quality initiatives, and help ensure precision manufacturing standards are met. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Set up and operate CNC milling machines Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment Identify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, and safety concerns Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of CNC machine operation experience 1+ years of experience reading blueprints and technical drawings Basic understanding of G-code programming and CNC controls Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to troubleshoot and support manufacturing processes What Sets You Apart: Previous experience supporting manufacturing process improvements Experience working in lean manufacturing environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to support engineers with testing, calibration, and experiments Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen Overtime may be required based on production demands Ability to stand for extended periods and lift manufacturing materials as needed Position requires adherence to all safety and quality standards After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
