What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines
  • Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Identify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, and safety concerns
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of CNC machine operation experience
  • 1+ years of experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Basic understanding of G-code programming and CNC controls
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support manufacturing processes

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to support engineers with testing, calibration, and experiments
Additional Information:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift manufacturing materials as needed
