Deskside Support Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Overview The Deskside Support Technician will assist with an enterprisewide device refresh project, providing handson support to end users at all levels of the organization. This role involves imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting devices, as well as resolving hardware and software issues. Strong professionalism, communication skills, and customer service are essential, as the technician will interact directly with users throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities * Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware. * Image, configure, and deploy devices as part of a refresh initiative. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a Windows environment. * Assist users with technical questions and guide them through solutions. * Document work and update tickets in the support system. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution. * Maintain a professional and customerfocused approach in all interactions. Required Skills & Experience * Experience supporting Windowsbased devices. * Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Familiarity with imaging and deployment processes. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to think through problems and work directly with end users. Preferred Skills * Experience with device management or deployment tools. * Basic understanding of support workflows and ticketing systems. * Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dayton, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
