Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options.

Position Overview: The primary vehicle for Partners In Health (PIH's) movement-building work is PIH Engage, a network of volunteer community organizers across the United States (U.S.), Mexico, and Peru. TheCommunity Organizer -Advocacy Lead will join a small national staff team committed to building a movement for the right to health through PIH Engage's advocacy, fundraising, andcommunity-buildingcampaigns in the U.S. They will be primarily responsible for overseeing the implementation of PIH Engage's advocacy campaign through designing strategy materials, training grassroots organizers in effective advocacy tactics, facilitating the growth of new advocacy leaders in Engage, and communicating campaign-specific information to the volunteer network and broader supporter network. The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $65,000-$75,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
