About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Women's Training Apparel creation team, focused on building world-class performance products for elite and everyday athletes. This is a high-visibility role that blends product strategy, consumer insight, and cross-functional execution to bring innovative apparel to life in the retail market.

You will play a key role in shaping seasonal product direction, supporting category strategy, and ensuring product excellence from concept through go-to-market.


What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Seasonal Line Ownership



  • Support and help define seasonal product strategies for Women's Training Apparel
  • Contribute to building cohesive product assortments that balance athlete performance needs and retail opportunities
  • Translate consumer insights and marketplace trends into actionable product direction


Cross-Functional Product Leadership



  • Lead and participate in product reviews, line planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings
  • Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Technical Development teams to ensure alignment across the product creation process
  • Manage timelines, calendars, and key milestones across the product lifecycle


Consumer & Market Insight Integration



  • Analyze consumer behavior, athlete feedback, and competitive trends to inform product decisions
  • Stay closely connected to women's training and performance culture to anticipate evolving needs
  • Use insights to shape product storytelling and assortment decisions


Business & Retail Execution



  • Apply retail math principles to support pricing, margin, and assortment decisions
  • Help ensure product line architecture supports both business objectives and consumer demand
  • Support product readiness for go-to-market execution


Influence & Communication



  • Develop clear, compelling visual tools and presentations to guide cross-functional decision-making
  • Communicate effectively across teams and leadership levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Help drive alignment in ambiguous or fast-changing environments


What You Bring

  • 5-6+ years of experience in product management or apparel product creation roles
  • Strong experience in apparel, sportswear, or performance product environments
  • Proven ability to manage seasonal product lines or assortments
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Experience working with Design, Merchandising, and Development teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Comfort with Excel, Keynote (or equivalent tools), and retail math concepts
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field)


Nice to Have

  • Experience with women's performance apparel, especially sports bras
  • Strong passion for women's fitness, training culture, and athlete-driven product design
  • Experience in product innovation or new category development
  • Prior experience with major global apparel or sportswear brands
