What to Expect Data Center ManufacturingTexas is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead, support, and manage a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The team willbe responsible forlow volume equipment/process design and implementation as well as supporting transition from low volume to high volume production which includes line and equipment integration, commissioning and production buy offs. This leader will build a team that can work closely with amotivated and talented cross functional teamson multiple projects to supportsmoothlaunch andramp of Data Center ManufacturingTexas. What You'll Do Support Manufacturing, Design and Production Engineering by setting up and operating pilot lines Set up workplanand priorities to the team based on businessplanand needs. Align projects to drive department goals by managing operations and driving metrics in critical areas of the Manufacturing floor. Work with engineering and production team, understand the product, process, qualitycontrol plan Manage repairs/troubleshooting exactly to instructed process and ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire rework process and support no defects escaping the NCM area Responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams' safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations What You'll Bring Experience in leadership,leanmanufacturing methodologies,organizationand record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail tomaintainteamaccountability.Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for both learning systems quickly and teaching them toothers Demonstrates adherence to EHS regulations and standards and leads by example Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills andinterface withexecutives and leaders daily Enthusiastic, innovative, and take-charge attitude.This candidate can work independently and set the team's priorities based on competing and urgent business needs Strong analytical capability and familiarity with analytical and statistical software systems.Data collection and analysis experience.
