Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $90,000 - $112,500 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $90,000 - $135,000.

What You'll Do:Responsibilities:
- Own and mature Sound Credit Union's enterprise automation platform by building and supporting scripted and integrated automation solutions and contributing to core systems programming and analyst work within the Symitar ecosystem.
- Oversee the OpCon platform and improve reliability, supportability, monitoring, recovery, and modernization of critical workflows as Sound transitions toward a cloud-based, outsourced hosting platform.
Requirements:
- 3+ years designing, building, and supporting enterprise automation, workload orchestration, job scheduling, or systems programming in operationally critical environments, required.
- Hands-on experience with OpCon or similar enterprise workload automation platforms such as Control-M, Autosys, JAMS, Stonebranch, or Automic, preferred.
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy job streams into a centralized automation platform, preferred.
- Experience building API-triggered, event-driven, or file-driven automation workflows in production environments, preferred.
- Experience with Symitar tools and patterns, including PowerOn, batch options, SymXchange, Power Frames, spec files, or related core banking tools, preferred.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated operational environments, preferred.
- Experience with RPA platforms where API or scripting options are limited, preferred.
- Familiarity with aspects of networking and computer systems such as server communication and logs, NTFS and other file transfer systems, Windows command line, Windows Service administration and troubleshooting, file transfer encryption methodologies, file share setup and administration, and Windows file security configurations, preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered.

- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our Hours: A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some on call availability as business needs dictate. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work. This role can be based out of our Tacoma or Lynnwood corporate offices.
