ATI in Richland, WA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team! This is a day shift position typically working Monday - Friday. This role oversees the production process from start to finished product and to supervise the operators assigned to the team. This position is considered part of the leadership team which requires troubleshooting, problem solving, investigations, administering coaching, counseling, interviewing candidates, report writing, carrying out directives by management, supporting company missions and goals, attending meetings and trainings, maintaining positive employee relations, and other supervisory duties. Required to pay close attention to detail and stay organized to ensure accuracy. This varied position is based on the priorities for the day and production requirements. There are multiple work areas to monitor throughout the shift, typically overseeing a team of ~12. Responsibilities:
