For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Overview Verathon is looking for a Commissions Analyst II to become the newest member of our Finance/Accounting Team located in Bothell, WA. The Commissions Analyst II is responsible for ensuring sales representative commissions and bonuses are accurately calculated based on the plan documents. They will provide support within the team and throughout the organization to enhance the long-term profitability and growth of the company. This position requires an innovative individual with the willingness to drive change, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of associates and in cross functional teams and international cultures. Responsibilities * Provide support to accurately calculate and analyze sales representative commissions worldwide using Xactly Incent software Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Salary range - $71,500- $95,696 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range). Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
