What we offer you Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Parental Leave What you will be doing Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs facilities repairs as necessary * Schedule and communicate with contractors. * Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy * Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment * Works with CMMS system to create work request, * Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections * Other duties as assigned What will make you successful? Job Requirements: * Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English * Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure * Must have ability to use precision measuring tools. * HVAC a plus * Must have troubleshooting ability with facilities equipment. Backup generators/overhead doors/plumbing * Experience with roofing, concrete, and some structural facets * Must have experience working with vendors * Must have good computer skills.
