Sr. Product Engineering Supervisor JobPurpose As the Sr. Product Engineering Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Engineers, driving excellence in technical documentation, system efficiency, and process innovation. You will serve as a critical bridge between customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to ensure seamless project execution. By establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing resource allocation, you will directly influence the department's ability to meet evolving production goals and engineering standards. This is a front-line leadership role requiring a balance of technical expertise in PCB manufacturing and modern people-management skills. You are expected to operate with independence, resolving routine process and employee relations issues while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Nature of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range (annual) : $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
