OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFox Corporation Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management to lead a portfolio of internal sports products and platforms that transform how FOX operates while unlocking backend services and models that power consumer-facing experiences. This role owns product direction across areas such as highlights workflows, insights platforms, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and emerging AI-driven sports capabilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role. In addition to managing and developing Product Managers, the Sr. Manager is expected to contribute directly as an individual contributor-shaping architectures, building working prototypes, defining APIs and services, and partnering deeply with engineering and data teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, a builder mindset, and experience operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and lead the sports product portfolio, spanning internal tools, platforms, and services that support highlights, insights, AI-powered workflows, and downstream consumer experiences.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers while remaining actively engaged in product discovery, definition, and delivery.

  • Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned to FOX Sports business goals, operational efficiency, and long-term platform evolution.

  • Act as a hands-on product leader, contributing to solution design through architectures, prototypes, technical specs, and close collaboration with engineers.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, ML, and Design teams to build scalable backend services and models that enable consumer-facing features.

  • Drive development of AI- and data-driven sports capabilities, including search, RAG systems, insights, and computer vision-enabled workflows.

  • Establish success metrics and ensure products deliver measurable impact across efficiency, quality, and fan or partner outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across editorial, business, and technical stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, tradeoffs, and progress.

  • Identify opportunities to modernize workflows and unlock new capabilities through platformization and intelligent automation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Significant experience leading complex digital products, with ownership over multiple surfaces, platforms, or services.

  • Extensive knowledge of sports data ecosystems and emergent sports technologies, with a focus on translating data signals into compelling consumer experiences.

  • Demonstrated experience managing Product Managers while maintaining hands-on product contribution.

  • Strong technical background, with prior experience as a software engineer, technical program manager, or similarly technical role.

  • Comfort contributing directly to development through prototypes, architectural design, APIs, or close pairing with engineering teams.

  • Experience building or operating data-driven, platform, or AI-enabled products.

  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, including computer vision or large vision models, search, RAG systems, or applied ML services.

  • Proven ability to operate across ambiguity, balancing strategic direction with execution-level detail.

  • Strong communication and influence skills across engineering, data, product, and business partners.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience with sports media, highlights systems, live data, or editorial workflows.

  • Exposure to computer vision use cases such as video understanding, content tagging, or automated highlights.

  • Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing products that enable downstream teams.

  • Background working in large-scale media, streaming, or entertainment organizations.
