The undergraduate in this position will be expected to assist with ongoing studies, collecting data, and maintaining lab supplies in Dr. Spitz's Lab within the Department of Radiation Oncology. Duties will include working on NCI funded projects in lung cancer biology and preclinical translational studies in lung cancer under the direct supervision of Sei Sho and Douglas Spitz. At this time, the studies will all be all cell culture projects but may involve preclinical animal studies at a later date. She will also help with lab maintenance as needed. Must be available up to 20 hours per week. Hourly wage will $14/hour, based on previous experience and skills. Person in this role will be expected to work from May 26th - July 31st.
