Receptionist

Founded in 1989, Desert Lumber and Building Materials supplies customers with specialty building materials from multiple locations across Las Vegas, NV. Operations that include 2 Lumber Yards, Floor and Roof Truss Manufacturing, Desert Fasteners, and Desert Window Systems.

• Receive and direct incoming calls by operating a multiple line switchboard.
• Open and sort mail daily.
• Take and relay messages.
• Provide information to customers as required.
• Manage shipping and receiving of packages.
• Assist with data input or word processing as needed.
• Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Some exposure to business environment preferred.

• Ability to operate multiple line switchboard.
• Should possess positive interpersonal skills and energetic customer relations skills.
