They act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, learning design and training delivery teams, ensuring that training solutions are not only delivered on time but are also pedagogically sound and aligned with organizational and program goals. Working in conjunction with Product, IT, and business stakeholders, TPMs help map out, define and execute the list of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the program's overall objectives. They focus on strategy, implementation, and management of projects and resources appropriately within Tech L&D. Responsibilities General

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
