Dev10 is currently seeking a Software Developer Associate for a Direct Hire position. This role requires relocation anywhere in the continental United States. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in Software Development. Dev10 provides a pathway for motivated individuals to gain real-world experience by starting with an immersive, paid training program. You will train in technologies including Java, Spring, REST, and React before being placed on a client project. We are now hiring for our cohort starting Monday, November 10, 2025. Responsibilities:

Pay range: Hourly pay rate of $24.04 (~$50,000 annually) to $28.85 (~$60,000 annually) depending on assigned location. A training stipend of $600/week is provided during the initial training period.
