Who We Are: BLADE is the leader in industry-leading production of state-of-the-art, fully integrated deployable solutions such as shelters, generators, environmental control units, air filtration devices and other engineered solutions primarily for the defense industry. What We Need: We are seeking an experienced, proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR function for our Geneva, Ohio manufacturing site. This role serves as a partner to the leadership team and is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. This role is intended to be onsite, Monday through Friday. Essential Duties:
