Position Title: Care Manager (RN)

Work Location: Remote (Region 7 - Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and Brevard preferred.)

Assignment Duration: 3 months (Possibility to extend)

Work Arrangement: Remote with field visits, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Making calls to parents of members to collect annual assessments

* Monthly required update call

* Monthly face-to-face visit (or virtual visit/second call if declined)

* Calling DME companies and providers if a parent states a problem

* Managing difficult parents at times with good communication skills

* EXCELLENT documentation

Qualification & Experience:

* Required: ASN

* Preferred: BSN

* Required: RN license

* 2 years pediatric experience required

* Computer savvy / Microsoft savvy

* Ability to perform face-to-face visits

Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable):

Field visits required. Driver's License needed for member visits.
