Role Overview : Client Manager- Public Sector, K12 - Florida


As a Client Manager at Lenovo, you will own strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth across Lenovo's full technology portfolio, including devices, infrastructure, solutions, and services. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading complex sales engagements while delivering consistent financial performance and long-term value.

This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technical depth, executive presence, and operational discipline to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate customer business needs and objectives to deliver outcomebased technology solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned to Lenovo's full portfolio
  • Own customer engagement strategy and serve as the primary executive point of contact
  • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline rigor, and financial performance governance
  • Lead crossfunctional teams (sales, services, partners, and internal stakeholders) to advance deals through the funnel
  • Conduct and manage RFP processes and complex deal negotiations
  • Build and maintain seniorlevel, Csuite relationships, positioning Lenovo as a longterm strategic partner
  • Stay current on Lenovo's evolving products, services, and solutions to effectively position innovation
  • Leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM and reporting tools to track performance, manage opportunities, and deliver operational excellence


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
  • 8+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of top performance with multimilliondollar quotas
  • Strong understanding of IT transformation and its impact on business outcomes
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, technology-led solutions to very large enterprises
  • Experience building trusted relationships with Clevel executives, both external and internal
  • Excellent business, financial, and technical acumen
  • Ability to operate effectively across large, complex organizations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, competitive sales environment
  • Territorybased role with 50%+ travel requirement
