The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $22.50 - $30.94 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Assists with the welding procedures and processes in multiple type positions on all equipment.

  • Provides assistance with processes in welding and fit-up of fabricated parts.

  • Reviews blueprints and sketches to select, prep and complete the lay-out of material.

  • Identifies problems as they occur and suggests appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.

  • Seeks advice and mentorship on not-routine or problem areas from others.

  • Must be capable of climbing up and down ladders, scaffolding, and similar structures with agility.

  • Performs routine duties with the ability to substantiate repetitive motions of the body.

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and or up to 50 pounds frequently.

  • Operates grinders, saw and or torches in the fabrication of company product.

What We are Looking For:

  • Typically, an associate degree in welding or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred.

  • Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of a technical or specialty area.

  • Generally, minimum of 1 year of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
