WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a Recruiter who specializes in the low-voltage and data center space someone who understands that not all telecom recruiting is created equal. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for structured cabling, network infrastructure, and data center technicians who build and maintain the systems powering today's most advanced facilities. You'll act as a true recruiting partner to our clients integrators, contractors, and service providers supporting global data center and network deployments identifying top technical talent, building pipelines, and helping projects come to life. This is not a generic telecom or IT recruiting position it's a chance to grow your career in a specialized, high-demand niche with strong leadership, national growth, and real commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify top candidates in the Low Voltage and Datacenter space.
- Conduct advanced Boolean searches across resume databases to find suitable talent.
- Utilize resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks.
- Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Partner with associations and educational institutions to establish robust talent pipelines.
- Organize active field employees and prospective candidates based on geography and skillset to maximize field staff utilization.
- Spearhead the development of referral networks to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Keep recruitment tools up to date with relevant talent pool information.
- Import candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups in collaboration with the Recruiting Department.

- Stay informed on trends and developments in the Low Voltage/Telecom industry (new products, projects, industry-specific news).
- Work directly with management to contribute to the company's growth strategies.
- Continuously contribute ideas and processes to improve our services for both candidates and clients.
- Engage in ongoing personal training to maintain expertise in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure vertical.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A background recruiting in telecom, low-voltage, structured cabling, or network infrastructure environments ideally with hands-on experience filling roles such as structured cabling technicians, data center technicians, or field engineers.
- An understanding that not all telecom recruiting is the same you know the difference between supporting integrators and installation teams versus carriers or retail telecom.
- Proficiency in Boolean and semantic searches to identify top technical talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- The ability to balance high-volume recruiting (10 active reqs) while maintaining quality and speed of delivery.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-driven mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and a knack for managing recruiting data, reports, and pipelines efficiently.
- A team-oriented, self-motivated personality with a genuine passion for connecting people to meaningful work and helping both candidates and clients succeed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal you can build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates alike.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS
Compensation: $31-$35 an hour
Contract Length: 3-6 month contract with potential to become permanent
Work Location: The role is remote for someone residing in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
