About the Opportunity:
- Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
- Support the business and assigned functional areas with acquiring talent, including attending townhall meetings and business update meetings for various initiatives.
- Identify and partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and coordinate on-site company hiring events, represent client at local job-fairs, and participate in any industry-related networking events.
- Proactively source candidates.
- Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
- Compose and post attractive job advertisements.
- Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, inclusive of managing a high-volume requisition load.

- Highly organized, with the ability to act with urgency.
