About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting site-level communications and change activities foracompanywideinitiativethat willaffectalmost everydepartmentat the Stuarts Draft site.You'llwork alongside experiencedprogramand change leaders, helping communicate key messages, support on-site events, and gather feedback from employees during a large business transformation.

This role is ideal for a student interested in communications, business, organizational change, or project support, and who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Responsibilities

Communications Support



  • Help draft and share internal communications related to thechange





  • Assistin tailoring messages for different site audiences with guidance from the change management team





  • Collect feedback andcommon questionsfrom site employees and summarize themes for the team



Meetings & On-SiteAdminSupport



  • Help coordinate meeting rooms, training spaces, and basiclogisticsfor workshops and events





  • Work with the site administrative assistant to support meeting setup and refreshments





  • Provide on-the-ground support during meetings, workshops, and training sessions



Training & Change Support



  • Assistwith communications before and after training sessions





  • Help ensure training-related messages and materials are clear and easy to understand





  • Support reinforcement of key program messages across the site



Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (communications, business, management, psychology, or related field preferred)





  • Strong written and verbal communication skills






  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with different teams





  • Willingness to ask questions and learn in a professional environment





  • Ability to be on-site and support in-person activities



Learning & Exposure



  • Gain exposure to change management, internal communications, and large-scale business initiatives





  • Participate in team meetings and learn how site and corporate teams work together





  • Build professional skills in communication, organization, and stakeholder support
