Job Summary
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, handling inventory, repackaging products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role ensures accurate product handling, proper stock rotation, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Job Responsibilities



  • Load trucks accurately according to delivery requirements and instructions
  • Verify product quantities and ensure proper placement during loading
  • Rotate inventory based on expiration dates to maintain product quality
  • Repackage products and handle damaged goods according to established procedures
  • Dispose of damaged or expired products following approved guidelines
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, trash removal, and equipment use
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks including inventory handling and organization
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
  • Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned


Job Requirements



  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to work in environments with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment


Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
