Job Summary:
This position entails the oversight of staff members in the clinic; including, Nurses, Medical Assistants andPatient Care Techs. The position works closely with the physicians/providers of the practice to overseeoperations connected with these areas and manages resources and issues accordingly. This position alsoworks closely with other departments to provide for the seamless care of the patient and general operationalneeds of Baptist Health.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state/s of practice location

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of experience in specialty area or anAssociates of Science in Nursing and at least five years of specialty area experience.

• Basic Life Saving (BLS) recognized by the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

• Minimum of two years of job-related experience required

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience is preferred
