Every shop needs someone to run the machines - and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks. Bring to the Table: Experience in machine operation and CNC mills Able to read blueprints Steel-toes Handy with tools, gauges, and fix-it know-how Sharp eye to keep quality solid Stamina to lift and stand through the shift Team player who shows up and works safe Responsibilities: Build, modify, and repair molds, dies, and tooling to meet production specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Operate machining equipment such as CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses Inspect molds for wear, damage, and proper functionality Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on molds Work with production and engineering teams to improve mold performance Ensure all work meets quality standards and tolerances Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications Follow all safety procedures and company policies What's In It For You: Weekly Pay: Hard work equals fast deposits you can count on.
