What You Bring to the Table Basic knowledge of common hand tools Ability to understand blueprints and written instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Dependable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and work in a team environment What You'll Build Every Day Assemble and package finished parts and components Use common hand tools safely and effectively Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production guidelines Perform basic quality checks on completed products Move materials and parts throughout work areas as needed Assist with powder coating duties when required Support additional production tasks as assigned The Pay Off Solid Weekly Pay - Straight into your account, no delays Good Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
