Responsible for system administration, hardware support, software support, maintenance, security, programming, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Also, responsible for documenting and developing procedures. Provides analytical support and reports for various projects, programs and portfolios to project managers, program/project team leaders and other internal and external stakeholders as assigned. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Programmer/analyst experience in a field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions.
Knowledge of programmer/analyst experience in a field supporting and providing financial and operational solutions.
Relative experience in program/project management for Operational Units.
Understands processes and procedures in specialized field.
Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
Ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision.
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to make recommendations and independent decisions.
High level of accuracy of work and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating with other areas to achieve goals and objectives.
Ability to work in a variety of locations such as the field, construction centers and the main office.
Ability to identify alternative solutions for development of decision-making proposals, which support organizational goals/objectives and budget constraints.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Math, the Natural Sciences, or other quantitative field from an accredited university or related area; proven working experience may be used in lieu of degree Required Certifications
Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
After hours work may be required. Works various fluctuating schedules to include rotating shift work, call duty, extended hours and weekends. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
