Job Description: The Business Development (BD) & Growth Internship Program offers students an immersive experience in federal business development, strategic growth initiatives, and emerging AI-enabled operational solutions within the GovCon industry.Through hands-on projects, interns will support Tria Federal's Growth and Business Development team in developing strategic tools, conducting market and legislative research, and supporting initiatives that improve pipeline visibility, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.This internship provides the opportunity to strengthen analytical, communication, research, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to federal contracting, growth strategy, legislative engagement, and AI-assisted solution development. Internship Objective: The BD & Growth Internship is designed to provide a real-world consulting and strategic growth experience. Interns will contribute to initiatives focused on connecting business-development strategy, pipeline management, and legislative intelligence to support proactive growth efforts across the organization.Participants will gain exposure to GovCon business development processes, market research methodologies, pipeline analysis, and strategic communications while supporting innovative operational-improvement initiatives.Additionally, this program provides exposure to emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows, allowing interns to explore how tools such as Generative AI can improve operational efficiency, research, reporting, and strategic planning within a federal growth environment.
