The RoleAdobe Designis a globally distributed team of around 700 designers, researchers, prototypers, and program managers. We are hiring aStaff Designerto join thePro Design team. We're looking for a systems-minded designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fluidly between vision and detail, and uses modern tools, including AI, to explore and validate ideas quickly. In this role, you will operate at both strategic and executional levels, driving design direction across complex product areas. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and research to find opportunities, define future-facing experiences, and deliver high-quality solutions used by millions of creatives worldwide. You bring strong domain expertise in areas such as graphic design, vector graphics, 3D, motion, and AI. You understand the nuances of creative tools and use that perspective to inform thoughtful, high-quality product decisions. What You'll Do

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $274,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $189,400 - $274,300 In New York, the pay range for this position is $189,400 - $274,300 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $181,100 - $262,250 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
