Job Summary: The Senior Safety Professional assists in developing, implementing, and auditing safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance. This role supports safety programs at job sites, assists other safety professionals, and fosters a strong safety culture by interacting with field employees, management, and customers, providing oversight and technical advice on safety and injury prevention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of seven years of experience in construction, maintenance, safety, or operations is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in related industries, such as mechanical contracting or comparable commercial/industrial construction.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited degree program in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field of study, OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Required:
- Must have a valid driver's license meeting company requirements.
- CHST or CSP Certification required.

Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel between multiple sites. Hours: This is a non-exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. - Ability to move or transport equipment up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Use of hands and fingers for tasks such as tool use, equipment operation, and typing.

- Must be able to work in varying climate conditions, including heat and cold.
- Must be able to work safely at heights exceeding 20 feet and within permit-required confined spaces while wearing all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
Competitive Wages: $50 to $60 per hour.
