Opportunity

PeopleTec is seeking an experienced, analytical Operations Analyst to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support team. This role is responsible for managing the execution of daily tasks for a senior staff member to support offices. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, process-driven environment where precision and proactive coordination are essential to success.

Task & Request Triage

    Assess and prioritize a high volume of incoming tasks and requests based on urgency, impact, and resource availability
  • Ensure critical items receive immediate attention and are assigned appropriately
  • Escalate complex or high-risk issues to leadership with a clear summary and recommended course of action

Schedule & Milestone Synchronization

  • Develop and manage integrated task schedules to ensure all activities are aligned and accounted for
  • Proactively monitor timelines against key milestones, identify potential delays, and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate risks
  • Serve as a central point of contact to keep all team members aligned on deadlines and deliverables

Process Integrity & Documentation

  • Document team processes, capture detailed meeting minutes, and track action items through completion
  • Develop a Standard Operating Procedure update for leadership approval


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience:
    • 15+ years of experience in a role requiring complex coordination, process management, and detailed planning.
    • Demonstrated experience in a process-driven environment is essential.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience may be substituted for education in highly qualified applicants.

    • Meticulous Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to accuracy in data, documentation, and communication.
    • Advanced Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to assess, rank, and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Systematic & Analytical Mindset: The ability to see how individual tasks connect to the larger project and operational ecosystem.
    • Proactive Stakeholder Coordination: A talent for clear, forward-looking communication that keeps a multi-disciplinary team aligned and informed.
    • Risk Identification: An instinct for identifying potential issues in schedules, budgets, or processes before they impact project outcomes.
    • Adaptability & Poise: The ability to remain calm and systematic under pressure, adjusting plans as new information becomes available.
  • Travel: Non anticipated
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
