Join our Marketing and Customer Comms team to help customers improve the energy efficiency of their homes and manage their energy costs. National Grid is looking for a seasoned marketing and communications professional who is passionate about the opportunity to help promote our energy-saving solutions to residential and business customers in Massachusetts. The Marketer will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for key energy efficiency initiatives - launching integrated campaigns, assessing performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - to deliver on business goals and improve the customer experience. Key Accountabilities
* Develop and execute insight-driven, omni-channel marketing strategies that measurably increase awareness, engagement, and participation in energy efficiency programs * Gather and analyze campaign analytics and performance metrics to improve future campaigns. * Use customer insights, segmentation and data to inform marketing plans and targeting * Collaborate with internal business and communications stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and support of National Grid's communications strategy. * Work with partner creative agencies or in-house design teams to execute on campaign vision and goals * Coordinate creative services requests for internal collateral development and direct mailings. * Attend and represent marketing at recurring meetings with cross-functional partners. * Proactively research, monitor and analyze key marketing trends and best practices in order to influence marketing efforts and identify new ways to engage customers * Has a great ability to balance workload and multiple projects / initiatives at one time * Own and manage large, multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend and timeliness of invoice payments * Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to do things better in order to drive an enhanced customer experience and greater efficiencies. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree level qualification, preferably in Marketing/Communications, and/or a professional qualification in Marketing/Communications and at least 7 years of experience working in brand, marketing and communications. * Experience leading the development, execution and management of marketing campaigns * Experience managing agencies and large-scale marketing budgets * Extensive experience working cross-functionally and across external vendors/agencies * Energy, utilities, or regulated industry experience is a plus * Proficient in relevant software e.g. Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). More Information Salary $132,000 - $147,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
