Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree in related business field, preferred
* 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
* Financial or Mortgage Banking experience preferred
* Experience with reporting in Encompass, nCino, or similar platform preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Technical proficiency in office related equipment
* Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
* Must be able to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
* Must be able to work independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality.
* Must be proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
* Outstanding organizational and communication skills
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Job Description
* Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.
* Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform
* Maintain department calendars and schedules
* Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
* Review invoices and route for proper approval
* Run and process department reports
* Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
* Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
* File necessary paperwork
* Provide event management support as needed
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
