Job Title: Associate Producer I

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: W-2 Contract (12 months)

Pay Rate: $38.95/hour


Summary

Our Product and Design studio is seeking an Associate Producer to support a team of design producers and product designers in building innovative Sports and TV experiences. This team focuses on scaling existing media services while introducing new offerings in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Associate Producer plays a key role in driving project execution across the full lifecycle; from identifying customer needs and clarifying requirements to coordinating teams and ensuring delivery. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and contributes to the successful launch of new features and capabilities, maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support project lifecycle activities including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Partner with Senior Producers to manage timelines, project plans, and design deliverables
  • Facilitate design reviews and capture/distribute meeting notes and action items
  • Track and manage delivery of design artifacts to cross-functional teams
  • Oversee Design QA processes to ensure quality of final deliverables
  • Maintain and update project management tools, schedules, and reporting
  • Communicate project status updates and generate reporting roll-ups for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a producer within software design or agency environments
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI ideation, execution, and delivery processes
  • Experience with project management tools and adapting new technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptability in fast-changing environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, and other teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
