As aCompliance Analystwith us, you will be required to understand the Medicare Supplement product, business and processes as well as monitor changes to laws and regulations to ensure compliance with State and Federal mandates. It will definitely be a whirlwind, but it will also be the place where you can help make the health system work better with the support and resources of a Fortune 6 leader. As you respond to inquiries, requests and actions, you'll need to be able to communicate research and findings in a meaningful way. This is an evolving position within our Compliance Team supporting our internal Agent Distribution Team for our Medicare supplement product. The thing about this role is that you'll need to love eating, sleeping and breathing information. The stakes are high, and you'll need to be able to communicate research and findings in a meaningful way. You will be expected to monitor changes in requirements to mitigate risks and achieve compliance. Schedule (40 hours/week):Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7am - 5:30pm EST/CST w/30 min lunch If you are residing inMinneapolis, MN or Washington, D.C.area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

The salary for this role willrange from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
