With more than five years of experience in talent acquisition-primarily for engineering roles-you bring a deep understanding of the technical and non-technical recruiting experience across North America. You are a trusted advisor, skilled at guiding hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment process, from intake meetings to competitive offer negotiations. Your communication and interpersonal abilities are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike, while ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all. You excel at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities, leveraging your agility and resourcefulness to drive results. You are comfortable using talent acquisition systems and tools, maintaining data accuracy, and utilizing analytics to inform decision-making. Your expertise with applicant tracking systems-especially Avature ATS or similar platforms-allows you to streamline recruitment processes and manage pipelines efficiently.
